Permanent, Part-time Post: Office Administrator: 4 days per week

HealthLink360 is looking for an experienced administrator with a flexible approach, who is able to undertake a range of administration and reception tasks to provide support as the organisation grows and diversifies. You will be comfortable multi-tasking, while producing a high level of accurate, quality work, paying great attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills.

Location

You will be based at our premises in the Carberry estate, near Musselburgh EH21 8PW. Having your own transport is a requirement.

Main areas of responsibility

  • Responding to email and phone enquiries regarding client services
  • Setting up and managing medical, psychological and travel health appointments
  • Providing reception cover and support as required
  • Communicating effectively with clients – both individuals and agencies – and with team members – doctors, nurses, counsellors and admin staff
  • Providing administrative support to a variety of team members
  • Managing and maintaining effective filing and documentation systems – both electronic and manual

Required Skills

  • High level of planning, organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT competence, ideally with experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Social media competence would be an advantage
