Judy joined the team in August 2008, having worked as a practice nurse since 1991. She has expertise in travel health, respiratory care and heart disease management. In 2010 she completed the Foundation Course in Travel Medicine (Glasgow). As General Manager of Healthlink360 she coordinates the different teams and leads the Management Team in strategic thinking and service development.

Jackie joined the team in March 2018. She brings a wealth of experience from client facing and administrative roles in travel and health sectors. Jackie organises all of our medical and psychological services appointments as well as keeping our Health Screening service running smoothly.

Elaine joined HealthLink360 in 2014 and keeps our Travel Clinic running smoothly. With an extensive background in banking she brings to the role excellent skills in client care, organisation and IT.

Lillian joined HealthLink360 in 2012 and she is responsible for the day-to-day running of the travel clinic. After a period working in hospitals, Lillian worked for 20+ years as a Community Health Nurse. Working extensively in schools she gained expertise in vaccinations, a great asset in her present role as a Travel Health Nurse.

Chris came to HealthLink360 in June 2014. Prior to this he worked in the NHS with a community mental health team. Chris is now Head of Psychological Services at HealthLink360. He has volunteering experience in Nigeria and Uganda and specializes in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Fiona has worked with young people since 1999 as a youth worker in various settings including several years abroad in the USA. Since 2011 she has been working as a counsellor with young people at a health and wellbeing project in Edinburgh. She has experience of counselling young people with a variety of issues and backgrounds. Fiona is a Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

Originally a Veterinary Surgeon, Cynthia spent thirty years out of the UK in Africa, France and the USA, raising four children in different cultures. After years of involvement in pastoral care in churches, she retrained as a counsellor. This gives her the professional skill which, alongside her cross-cultural experience, enables her to understand and support those who use HealthLink360.

Keith co-ordinates our medical team and advises them on policy and best practice. He worked for over 25 years as a GP in the Lothian area, and has 15 years’ experience as a GP trainer and medical student tutor. From 2000-2004 he served as a medical director of Refuge Egypt – an NGO in Cairo providing medical care. He has also worked in Northern China at the China Medical University. Recently Keith worked voluntarily as an RCGP mentor and as medical examiner for Freedom from Torture (Glasgow). He is an associate with the GMC and was recently made a Fellow in Travel Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow.

Mike and his wife Elizabeth founded HealthLink360 in 1983 and Elizabeth was the first Director of Psychological Services. As our Consultant Physician, Mike stepped back from clinical work at the end of 2018, but is now a Consultant Advisor. From 1976-1982 Mike was a Medical Specialist at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre, a teaching hospital in Tanzania. His career in the field of Travel Health and Infectious Diseases includes: Consultant in Infectious Diseases at the Regional Infectious Diseases Unit, Western General, Edinburgh, Consultant in ID at the Spire Shawfair Park Hospital, Edinburgh, Dean of the Faculty of Travel Medicine at RCPS Glasgow 2012-15, advisor to the GP Newspaper Pulse on travel health since 1994, Chair of the Psychological Health of Travellers Interest Group for the International Society for Travel Medicine (ISTM) 2014-17, Editor of the journal Tropical Doctor 1995-2002 and Associate Editor of Travel Medicine and Infectious Disease 2015-18. He is Designate Secretary-Treasurer of the International Society of Travel Medicine, and commences this post in June 2019.

Ewan is a general practitioner at the Edinburgh University Health Centre. He has been working at HealthLink360 since 2013. He was recently awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow.

Carolyn has worked in a variety of general practice settings and at present mainly works for Lothian Unscheduled Care Services. She has been working at HealthLink360 since 2016. She has a particular interest in paediatrics and family planning and is taking a key medical role in our online health screening for young adults.

Mark Gilmour joined the team in 2017. Mark, having retired as senior partner of a GP in West Lothian brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the medical team. Mark has volunteered for the Vine Trust’s Amazon Hope Project in Peru.
