Our work has supported thousands of individuals across mission, humanitarian, and international development contexts. Whether preparing for deployment, navigating life overseas, or returning home, we walk alongside each person at every stage of their journey, offering expertise that is both clinically robust and deeply compassionate.  

Our specialist travel clinic has been serving the community for over 40 years. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, our team of experienced nurses provide personalised advice tailored to each individual’s medical history, destination, and travel plans; from vaccinations and preventative treatments to practical guidance on staying well abroad. 

Looking ahead 

As we look ahead, we’re excited to share that we will be moving premises. While our location is changing from Carberry to Longniddry Steading, what remains constant is the depth of our knowledge, the strength of our multidisciplinary team, and our commitment to delivering the same high-quality care. 

Every aspect of our expertise - our travel health services, medical insight, and psychological support - moves with us. The relationships we’ve built, the experience we’ve gained, and the values that shape our work will continue to define who we are, wherever we are based. 

This next chapter gives us an opportunity to grow and strengthen how we serve our global community. But at its heart, nothing fundamental is changing: we remain dedicated to supporting those who live and work across cultures, helping them stay healthy, resilient, and effective.
