Where will 2026 take you? Wherever it is, let us help you with those all important travel vaccinations.

International travel is roaring back. UN Tourism estimates more than 300 million people crossed borders in the first quarter of 2025 alone, already surpassing pre‑pandemic levels, and growth is still trending upward into 2026.

With that boom are some fresh, less‑obvious hotspots and a renewed focus on staying healthy on the road.

Whatever the destination, the health logic remains the same: new places often mean new germs your immune system hasn’t yet met. This is why it is so important to seek travel health advice before travelling overseas.

Travel vaccines are designed to protect you from infections and diseases prevalent in other parts of the world. You can reduce your risk of severe illness and complications by ensuring that you are fully vaccinated and armed with the right travel health information.

We advise booking a travel consultation to take place at least 6-8 weeks before you depart. Certain vaccines need to be administered well in advance of your departure date to allow your body time to develop immunity. The consultation is personal to you and your travel plans, considering the risks associated with the country/countries you are visiting alongside any scheduled activities whilst there.

There are also some countries that require a certificate of yellow fever vaccination before you enter and/or leave; this can only be provided by a travel health professional at a registered yellow fever vaccination centre.

Whether you’re heading on safari or venturing into the mountains, travel vaccinations are just as important as ensuring you’ve packed the right clothes and equipment.
